Terms & Conditions — 7g77 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7g77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of all services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and payment facilities available at https://7g77.im and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or continuing to use the Platform after any update to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. 7g77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

To register and use the 7g77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 7g77 applies a strict 21+ policy across all gaming and betting services.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7g77 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 7g77 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary suspension on the 7g77 platform.

7g77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility requirement will be suspended immediately, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation, and where fraud is suspected, the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 7g77 Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid contact number linked to your mobile banking service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, as applicable). Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations and to comply with anti-money laundering best practices, 7g77 may at any time request the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile banking registration or bank account details).
• A selfie or video verification where the document presented matches the account holder's appearance.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of 7g77. 7g77 aims to review submitted documents within two (2) business days. Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned for resubmission, and the review period will recommence upon receipt of corrected documents.

All monetary transactions on the 7g77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7g77 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed on the same day. Requests received after 18:00 BST or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

7g77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of this Agreement, or where a regulatory obligation requires the transaction to be reviewed. In such circumstances, 7g77 will notify the account holder and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

7g77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is claimed.

Unless a promotion explicitly states "no wagering requirement", all bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The default wagering multiplier for the 7g77 welcome bonus is thirty (30) times the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games may contribute between 10% and 50%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion states a different validity period.
• 7g77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already accepted and in active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system, including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts, constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 7 of this Agreement.

All games and betting products available on the 7g77 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails with respect to account management, payments, and conduct; game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes and mechanics.

Random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG systems to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers using physical equipment. The results of all games, whether RNG or live dealer, are final once confirmed by the game system. No complaint regarding a game outcome will be entertained on the basis of personal expectation, misunderstanding of odds, or an alleged "near miss".

Sports and cricket bets placed on the 7g77 sportsbook are subject to the bet settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play bets that are placed after the relevant event has concluded due to a data delay will be voided and the stake returned. 7g77 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed, accepted, or settled in error due to a technical malfunction or manifest pricing error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7g77 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may face legal action where applicable law permits:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identification or payment documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a software error are not considered legitimate and will be forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live table games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intention to gamble.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, including a minor, as a nominee or agent.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.

All content on the 7g77 Platform, including but not limited to the 7g77 brand name, logo, interface design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 7g77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 7g77. Unauthorised use of 7g77's intellectual property may result in account suspension and civil or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi law.

7g77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

7g77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, identity verification services, and where required by law or a lawful authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7g77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, or any interruption to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 7g77's reasonable control.

7g77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary unavailability. 7g77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, 7g77's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7g77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available free of charge from within the account dashboard and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when your time limit is approaching.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net winnings or losses during your current session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, logins are blocked and no deposits can be processed.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. 7g77 will not accept re-registration from a self-excluded player for a minimum of six (6) months.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

7g77 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached this Agreement, if required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority, or if continuing to maintain your account would expose 7g77 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the 7g77 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
